Controlled a team of 30, consisting of Users, Business Analysts and Designers, developing a client/server customer support system for three Regional Electricity Companies. COBOL code written by offshore Indian company. Overall project size 400 staff.

Project controlled using PMW for Windows. SSADM procedures used throughout project.
