Business Analyst (contract)

As part of a general e-Enabling programme, I identified business requirements for an e-Recruitment system, covering both Graduate and experienced hires, involving advertising vacancies on the corporate intranet, an Agency extranet and the internet. Conducted workshops with the business to fully understand the business processes. Identified potential package solutions, all of which had to be web-based and ideally an ASP. Short listed suppliers and organised presentations of their products. Involved in the nationwide implementation of the selected product. Potential for the implementation of the product throughout Europe and USA was also investigated.
